WaikikiAttorney.com Partner Agreement — Key Terms

This partnership is offered by Waikīkī Aloha LLC through its Waikiki Media network and the WaikikiAttorney.com digital property.

1. Advertising relationship. Partnership fees are flat advertising and media-placement fees. They are not referral fees, commissions, legal fees, or payments based on the number or value of matters received.
2. Placement. The partnership provides the accepted attorney or firm with the exclusive featured attorney advertising position on WaikikiAttorney.com during the applicable paid term, subject to these terms and continued eligibility.
3. No guarantees. Waikīkī Aloha LLC / Waikiki Media does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, inquiries, clients, cases, revenue, or any particular result.
4. Independent professional relationship. Waikīkī Aloha LLC and Waikiki Media are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, do not participate in attorney-client relationships, and do not control whether the attorney accepts or declines any inquiry or matter.
5. Attorney responsibility. The attorney or firm remains solely responsible for licensing, professional-conduct compliance, conflicts checks, client intake, legal advice, representation, fees charged to clients, malpractice coverage where applicable, and all other professional obligations.
6. Accurate information. The attorney or firm confirms that information supplied for publication is accurate and not false or misleading and will promptly notify Waikiki Media of any material change affecting eligibility or the accuracy of published information.
7. Payment choice. Standard payment is $625 per month with a 6-month agreement. The annual prepayment option is $5,995 paid in advance for 12 months and is presented as a 20% prepayment discount from the standard $7,500 annual rate.
8. Network standards. Continued placement is subject to Waikiki Media Partner Standards and the applicable privacy policy, as updated from time to time where legally permitted.
